Regional Policy Restrictions

We know how frustrating it can be to purchase an item and not receive it. However, due to Roblox’s Terms of Service, Combat Warriors is unable to refund or compensate players for such issues. Game developers are not permitted to process refunds for in-game purchases.

If you’ve experienced a failed purchase or did not receive an item, please reach out directly to 

. They will be able to assist you with any payment or refund-related concerns.

Unfortunately, as mentioned above, Roblox does not permit developers to refund (as per their 

). This also includes paying you the equivalent value through group payouts, paying you through games like Pls Donate or any other purchase methods. Roblox prohibits this and we are not in a position to violate their policies.

Refund Policy

Before proceeding, it’s important to check if you have actually been banned. The ban message prompt displayed to users is distinctive and clearly indicates the user has been banned, providing a duration and a reason (more on ban reasons below). Below is a screenshot of a typical ban message that is displayed to a banned player.

Another type of “ban” message you may see when joining Combat Warriors can be seen below. When a user is banned from Combat Warriors, in certain circumstances their IP address and/or hardware ID is banned also. This prevents banned users exploiting on new accounts and in most cases is effective at restricting only the exploiter from joining the game. However, IP addresses are frequently rotated/shared between 10s-100s of people, meaning you could be restricted from joining Combat Warriors as a result of someone else on your IP being banned, even if you yourself never broke any rules. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do in these instances as we cannot track what account ban is indirectly affecting you.

Players are sometimes kicked when they join which can be confusing. This is most likely only to happen if you are playing with a weak internet connection. Below is a screenshot of what the message presented when kicked looks like.

If you continuously receive this message when joining Combat Warriors, it’s an issue that needs to be gotten to the bottom of. You can open a ticket on our

If you are in fact banned in Combat Warriors, you will see a reason in the ban message. The reasons are generalised for simplicity. Below is a list of ban reasons and their meaning.

“Inappropriate_Audio”, “Inappropriate_Spray” (wording may vary)

This ban is issued to players who were detected using inappropriate audios/spray paints in game. They are temporary, and

 will not be shortened under any circumstances

Players who misuse these game features may also be restricted from using these features in the future.

“black-cat-red-eye/42”, “You have been banned.”

This is a ban issued by the Combat Warriors anti-cheat. Exploiting is an 

 ban, but no system is perfect. If you believe you were banned in error, we encourage you to appeal!

Self explanatory, this means you were banned for exploiting, typically issued by a moderator after reviewing submitted evidence. Exploiting is an 

 ban, but just like with the anti-cheat, humans can make mistakes too. If you believe you were banned in error, we encourage you to appeal!

This ban is issued to clan members of clans that have violated our rules. The duration of the ban depends on the role of the terminated clan member. If you were banned even though you were not present in that clan at the time of termination, please open an appeal so we can review your case.

This ban is issued to accounts found listed for sale. We actively monitor online groups to identify accounts that are being listed for sale, as it is a violation of Roblox TOS and is not something we allow.

This depends on the reason for your ban and the age of your ban, please review the section above to find out if your ban is strictly unappealable before filing an appeal as it saves everyone time. Appeals filed for unappealable bans may be instantly denied without word from us.

Note - bans older than 30 days cannot be appealed and will be instantly denied.

I’ve ensured my ban is appealable, where can I appeal?

After verifying that you have actually been banned and the ban is appealable, you can appeal through our

We’re sorry to hear that you’re experiencing data loss that has resulted in the loss of some items. Unfortunately, Combat Warriors is unable to manually restore or provide compensation for any items that may have been lost due to technical issues.

Data Loss / Missing Items

 to transfer items, in-game currency, or any other data from one account to another in Combat Warriors. Whether you have earned or purchased an item, it will remain locked to the account on which it was originally acquired.

The restriction on transferring items between accounts is in place to prevent issues such as scams, account theft, and unfair trading. Allowing players to transfer items freely could lead to exploitation of the system, where players might lose their hard-earned items or fall victim to bad trades. Additionally, Roblox has policies against transferring between accounts, and we are not in a position to violate these policies.

By keeping items and data tied to a single account, we ensure that all players have a fair and safe experience within Combat Warriors.

What Should I Do If I Accidentally Acquired Items on the Wrong Account?

If you’ve obtained items on an account you didn’t intend to use, unfortunately there is no way to transfer them to another account. We recommend ensuring you're logged into the correct account before making any in-game purchases or progressing in Combat Warriors.

If you haven't opened an appeal yet, please head to our Discord server (discord.gg/combatwarriors) or open a ticket through this website.

If your appeal has been denied and you do not agree with the denial reason, you can dispute this with our admin team.

If you wish to appeal through our Discord server (⚠️ Fastest option!), please head to the #support channel and use the "Report a moderator" option. Whilst you may not be reporting a moderator directly, this allows us to allocate the tickets to admins only.

We aim to reply within a few days, but these tickets generally take over a week to resolve. This is because there is only a small set of staff with permission to view these tickets, and it takes time for us to review evidence for a verdict.

How can I dispute my ban appeal decision?

If you were banned by our anti-cheat, you may have a received a ban reason such as "black-cat-red-eye/42".

Sometimes, the anti-cheat gets things wrong and geniune users are banned. In order to get your ban removed, you need to appeal via our support team. Here's how to do this:

If you wish to appeal through our Discord server (⚠️ Fastest option!), please head to the #ban-appeals channel and fill out the form Blox.report provides you. This will create an appeal ticket channel where we will discuss your ban with you in order to work out a solution.

We aim to reply as fast as we can, but these tickets generally take a few days to resolve. This is because each ticket requires time for us to review evidence for a verdict, and we receive hundreds a day.
